Who can apply?

As a Global Graduate Trainee at Fortude, you will have the opportunity to fast track your consulting career with first-hand experience in delivering solutions to renowned brands across multiple industries. You will shadow our Senior Consultants on live client projects and be expected to add value to this work as well as observe and learn best practices.

You will be trained for a period of one year, leveraging Infor Campus and our own unique training accelerator to become well versed with Infor’s CloudSuite solutions.

At the end of one year you should be able to:
  • Own your learning journey, building capability and technological know-how
  • Gain insights and knowledge into how technology impacts a business
  • Learn how to analyze business requirements
  • Learn how to support a customer either on-site or off-shore
  • Graduate from our unique accelerator program
Technical Knowledge


Essential

  •  Sound Theoretical Knowledge in at least one of the following functional areas:
    •  Manufacturing
    •  Sales and Distribution
    •  Supply Chain
    •  Finance
  •  Project Management
  •  Ability to articulate a solution effectively
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Customer centricity
  • Gather client requirements
  • Detail oriented

Desired

  •  Prior experience in ERP implementation or support projects will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and XML will be advantageous

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree specializing in IT and Business
